Shipping Time and Prices

Italy: 1-2 days (2-3 days for Islands and Calabria)
Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 2-3 days
USA, UK, Switzerland: 4-5 days
China: 5-6 days
Please note that, as mentioned in the previous section, items that are out of stock or those specified in the product description may require additional processing time. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact and in sellable condition.
Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. Non-returnable items can include: made-to-order products, engraved or modified items, damaged or altered items.

Return Condition
Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition. This means that the item should not show any signs of wear or damage, and all original tags, labels, and protective materials should be intact. The jewelry should be in a resellable condition, free from any scratches, tarnishing, or alterations. We kindly ask that you take care to package the item securely to prevent any damage during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow for 2-5 business days for inspection and processing. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
