Upon delivery, please inspect the product for any defects or damages. If you identify defects or damages, promptly report them, and we will arrange return to our Customer Service at no additional cost. The purchased jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. Once the jewelry is received and carefully verified by our experts, a full refund of the total amount will be processed within 10 working days.
